As a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I support people who are ready to take a meaningful, honest look at their lives—what’s working, what’s missing, and what’s asking to shift. Together, we create a space for reflection, insight, and sustainable action rooted in purpose.
This is mindfulness-based, holistic health coaching that centers your whole self—body, mind, and spirit—while guiding you through real-world behavior change. It’s not about pushing toward some outside ideal. It’s about discovering what actually matters to you and walking that path with intention.
What Coaching Looks Like
We begin by taking a full-body, whole-life pulse—checking in on the core areas of your well-being:
Physical and emotional health
Purpose, values, and inner alignment
Relationships and communication
Creativity and play
Career, service, or calling
Rhythms, rituals, and daily self-care
Together, we clarify what brings you joy and meaning—and where you might feel stuck or off-track. From there, we co-create a direction that’s personal, grounded, and truly aligned with your goals and inner compass.
In our sessions, we:
Clarify goals based in your own values and rhythms
Explore and release what’s in the way—from thought patterns to energy drains
Build sustainable practices and daily habits that support change
Hold steady accountability—without shame or pressure
My coaching isn’t one-size-fits-all. What sets this work apart is that it weaves in integrative, mind-body tools when they support your process. That might include:
Breathwork to reset your nervous system
Guided imagery for clarity or motivation
Mindfulness practices to support emotional awareness and resilience
These techniques aren’t required—they’re simply offered with intention to help deepen your insight, regulate your nervous system, and keep you connected to your why.
