What Matters Most: Reclaiming Your Wellness Through Coaching
Sometimes a client comes to me with a goal—better sleep, more energy, healthier habits—but what’s really underneath is a deeper longing: to feel like themselves again.
I remember one woman in particular—let’s call her Maya. She came to coaching feeling totally disconnected. She’d been taking care of everyone else for so long that she had no idea what brought her joy anymore. Her words were, “I’ve lost my rhythm. I can’t even hear what I want.”
In our first session, we didn’t talk about fixing or changing anything right away.
We started by slowing down. Taking a breath.
And then we got curious.

It considers the whole person—physical health, emotional wellbeing, spiritual connection, relationships, purpose, joy, and more. It’s grounded in behavioral science, but centered on the belief that you are the expert of your own life.
